Whether it's helping in the classroom, assisting with events, or supporting extracurricular activities, your involvement shows students that their education matters. Volunteering not only strengthens the home-school connection but also builds a positive, supportive environment where all children can thrive. Even a small amount of your time can make a big difference.

Think of committees as the "engine room" of a PTA. While the Executive Board (President, Treasurer, etc.) acts as the steering wheel—handling the legalities, budget approvals, and big-picture planning—the committees are where so much of the work gets done. Committees allow the PTA to delegate specific areas of focus to a group of people who have the interest or expertise. It is a great way to help steer the presence of the PTA at Mountain View.

Volunteer Hours
We invite any responsible middle school and high school students to sign up for our available volunteer positions. Students volunteering at Mountain View should submit their hours through Schoolinks, or with their designated teacher.
Capstone Projects
Capstone Projects
Students interested in completing their Capstone Project at Mountain View will be required to submit an application detailing their proposed project. Applications will be reviewed by administration and students will be notified about the status of their application.
